Who we are. Koltak's Universe at koltaksuniverse.com is a private hobby community for a group of friends, operated by WebbArt Creative, Scottsdale, Arizona. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect. The account details you give us: a username, a display name, a password (stored only as a one-way hash), and optionally an email address, a mobile number, a profile picture, and whatever you choose to write on the site. We also keep ordinary server logs with IP addresses for security.
Mobile numbers and texts. Adding a mobile number is optional. If you add one and tick the consent box in your settings, other members seated at the same game table can send you short coordination texts through the site's number, and you can reply to reach that table. The site may also send infrequent service notices. Message frequency varies with your game schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Your number is never shown to other members and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. Mobile information and text-messaging consent are not shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.
Email. If you give an email address it is used only to confirm your account, reset your password, and, if you turn it on, to notify you about the site. It is never shown to other members or shared.
Cookies. A session cookie keeps you signed in. There is no advertising and no third-party tracking.
Service providers. Texts are delivered through Telnyx and email through our mail provider, each of which processes your number or address only to deliver the message.
Your choices. You can change or remove your number, email, and picture under Settings at any time. To delete your account entirely, hail an admin and it will be done.
Children. The site is for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
