Terms of use

The site. Koltak's Universe is a private, non-commercial community run by WebbArt Creative for a group of friends and the people they invite. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the house rules.

Your account. You are responsible for what is posted from your account. Keep your password to yourself. Admins may edit, move, or remove content and may suspend or remove accounts that break the rules, and will note why in the moderation log.

Your content. You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You give the site permission to display it to other members. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

Text messaging program. Koltak's Universe offers an optional text messaging feature for members who add a mobile number and consent in their settings. Texts are short coordination messages from other members at the same game table, plus infrequent service notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the privacy policy for how numbers are handled.

No warranty. The site is provided as is, for fun, with no guarantee it will be available or error free. WebbArt Creative is not liable for any loss arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.

Changes. These terms may change; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
